hey all you out there in internet land. just a quick note to let everyone know that etherealnation.net is growing in another new networky kind of way. i recently ran into a program that runs a very simple unobtrusive VPN between computers to create a LAN environment over the internet. what this means is that if we are connected to this VPN its the same as being connected to other computers in your house or school and can file share and other fun things. well, when i get back to bloomsburg i’m going to set up a computer that will permanently run a hamachi network with ftp and http server protocols. WHAT THIS MEANS… is that once you are connected to me on the hamachi network you can check out an intranet messageboard and ftp. WHICH MEANS that you can effectively share stuff with me and all of us at the chaho etc.

i know this sounds confusing as all get out and may actually cause some heads to ’splode, but take my word. THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME THING EVER EVER EVER.

merry christmas and a happy new year to all you out in internet land. it has been a great break for me and i hope a great one for you too. my bro and i wasted a good deal of our friends time by making them watch us roll things up with our katamari on psp. how much fun? a lot.

second up is a new little program called hamachi. you can set up private networks uber easy and share stuff like itunes on them. for those of you who actually read my internet diary of sorts, i am currently hosting a hamachi server named championship house. you have to email me for the password tho. i don’t want creepy people stalking me. that would suck.

the radio show is due to start jan 16th i think. no word yet if it will be podcast or not. i would like to get that working again though. i think that about covers it. have a wonderful day you all.
