Recently started on a third track of my new upcoming project that is tentatively titled “Meta Theories.” I’m slating release for next fall, but this is already shaping up to be a really busy year, so it may not come out for another year or so. But so far, the first three tracks will no doubt blow your mind as they have utterly destroyed mine.

So onto a big acoustic jam, furniture refinishing, and fodue FONDUE (i have ish). Enjoy!

Our little clique threw a great little Hallowember party (or Novoween)(turns out, it was actually titled: Novlowganza), hosted by the gentleman Ali G. and his main squeeze, Giant Cow.. Myself and Sarah were dressed as Red Beard the Fierce and Sissy the Wench, respectively. Among the host that attended were the landlord couple from 3’s company (they looked awesome! i just can never remember their names), Peter Sellers, Doug and his girlfriend (can’t remember her name either… sorry), a girl who was attending the wrong holiday (she thought it was new years), a ghost, a lamp, a highway, a Slytherin Student from Hogwart’s, and Bonnie and Clyde. I think I got everything…. at anyrate you get the point. With costumes and personality’s galore, we danced the night away to awesome tunes like Thriller and the Monster Mash (It was a graveyard smash!). SO CHEERS TO YOU, PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO WEAR COSTUMES ‘CAUSE IT’S SO MUCH FUN!

(the pictures are coming, trust me). the night that ensued was fun, educational, and spooky! and i write all this to say this: all you loyal blog readers are in for a treat at my 53R1A75 blog, as i will be doing a review of the windows of the now-beloved “Everything Deserves a Second Chance” Store (hopefully in collaboration with my brother). just so you’re warned.

I quit for a whole two years then started back up late this summer for no apparent reason. But that’s ok, I like it. It’s a fun game, and I enjoy it. I just feel like blogging, so I’ll let the internet know that they’ve started the brewfest! It’s like oktoberfest, but in game. You can buy/drink lot’s of beer and play minigames like ram racing. So, It’s kinda like real life right? Haha… Yeah right. But it is pretty funny when you get drunk in game.

This is a mass email to tell you about a show I will be in called City
Sol. It is located at the arts/community center Solar One at
Stuyvesant Cove Park along the East River at 22rd street.

City Sol is a clean energy arts festival, and this year there will be
a ton of bands and a ton of art installations.

Check the site for directions, the schedule of events, and look at
some of the other artists involved.
Some of the bands are Dragons of Zynth, Les Savy Fav, Brightside, High Places,
Land of Talk, and O’Death. There are more.

The opening is Thursday, July 12, 6-10PM. I want everyone I know to come.
But if you can’t make it, please come some other time during the
weekend to check out my piece and some of the other works, and musical
acts. The show will be up all day, everyday until Sunday the 15th, and
there will be a ton of events and bands playing everyday and night of
the festival. So check it.

Brooklyn Brewery is sponsoring the event, so there will be cheap
drinks, and if you bring a reusable cup, you get $1 off drinks.

My piece is a video surveillance kiosk called “vs.”, and it is the
most intense thing I have ever made. I am proud of it, and I want you
all to see it.

(which you should check out if you haven’t already).

but in all seriousness… (ok, maybe not) i’m gearing up for the show on Aug. 19th. its a little intense, but here’s some good developments: i’ve almost finished the production list and will be rehearsing this weekend and next… my friends band “the handsome pants” has been selling his record at a local music shop. i will be doing the same. look for at mugsy’s and possibly phillip’s this monday for $1 (maybe $2, its not final… and if you think that’s too expensive, you can download the album from my site and burn it yourself). and finally, posters and fliers will be out and about sometime this week (hopefully monday). i’ll upload a pdf so you loyal fans can help the promo or just have one for yourself. i’m out and about for now.

  • the show at phillips was canceled
  • the show at phillips was rescheduled
  • kilian and mahlon couldn’t make the new date
  • the show at phillips was re-rescheduled to the original date
  • waiting to hear from K+M to see if they can still do the 19th

more or less, this list is accurate. perhaps a little exaggerated. at any rate, while i’m still waiting to hear from K+M, i’m definately playing the date. so come and and show me your love, i’ll show you mine.

other things goin on in or near my life:

  • apparently wwIII is about to begin. in my personal opinion, if not this year, i give it five to full blown world wide military action (including, but not limited to nuclear winter). i’m stocking up on m-4’s, ak’s and ethanol generators.
  • i have to move out of my cute little apt in bloom this month. actually next weekend. grunt… work.
  • the job search continues… nyc anyone?
