I Lost My Freaking Tooth
And it was really big, chipped, and ugly.
It all happened last night when I was at church. We were in a new building that was on the side of a hill. It was a cabin we were renting for a retreat weekend. Suddenly the building began to collapse on one side because the stilts holding it up could not bear the weight of the building. While everyone was screaming in fear, I was screaming with excitement.

A Month Later I’m Teaching In The City!?
I apologize that I haven’t posted in a little while. A lot’s happened in a month. Particularly my trip to Egypt, pictures to come.
I was walking along the old street that I used to live on. Not the ends, but the middle part, where my old friend Jon used to live. Jon and I stopped talking when I borrowed Batman from him and didn’t give it back until right before I moved away.
The area had really grown up. The neighborhood around the old elementary school was now practically urban except for this part of the block. The old houses were still there, but the road was newly paved. The yards were smaller now because the road had expanded and most of the houses now had additions. The grass in these yards was unbelievably well kept. It was bright green and so thick it was almost spongy. The strangest thing was that on this street the popular thing to do was to put the utility sheds right there in the already cramped front yards.

We had skipped breakfast in a rush so we were all pretty hungry. The eatery place we were at had a water lift you could take when you were done eating that took you to another part of the park. We thought it would be a good idea to continue our day and take this lift out to see the rest of the park.
